Right of way diversion signs are currently in place in Pill and Easton-in-Gordano
Right of way diversion signs are currently in place in Pill and Easton-in-Gordano as part of our work to rebuild the railway from Portishead to Bristol.
Network Rail work in the Pill area means the rights of way from Marsh Lane bridge to the hammer and spanner and the route under Avon Road railway bridge are both suspended until spring 2028 and autumn 2027 respectively. The attached map shows the diversion routes.
The diversion signs have been put but with limited space available, sometimes it’s difficult to avoid blocking part of the pavement.
Network Rail apologise for any inconvenience caused.
