Pill and Easton-in-Gordano Parish Council currently has six vacancies for parish councillors. The council has fifteen seats in total. The current number of councillors mean that it is getting more difficult to represent all of the needs of the community.
We urgently need suitably qualified people to step forward and apply to become parish councillors. This is a voluntary role, but it is a very rewarding one, as councillors have a direct impact on the quality of life for all people who live and work in the parish.

We’re about to begin our next stage of work along the disused line from Portishead to Sheepway. We need to remove the old railway and prepare the area for new track to be installed. This will take place from Tuesday 5 May until August 2026. We’ll be working Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5.30pm.
