(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE BY VEHICLES AND CYCLISTS) 2026

Notice is hereby given that the North Somerset Council under section 14(1), (a) and in pursuance of the provisions of section 14(3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended will, by virtue of this Notice for a period of up to 5 days commencing on the 09 October 2026, temporarily to vehicles and cyclists, the length of roads specified in the schedule to this notice. The closure may not be implemented for the whole of the period but only as necessitated by the works which are anticipated to be of 1 working day in duration between the hours of 09:00-15:00.

The above restriction is necessary to complete urgent carriageway patching.

Schedule

Sandy Lane, Lower Failand – from 200m west of Old Park House to 100m east.

Sandy Lane, Oxhouse Lane, Clevedon Road, Beggar Bush Lane, Weir Lane, Manor Road, Manor Lane, Sandy Lane and vice versa
